Chris Marston

Marston provides financial and compliance services to Republican campaigns and party committees, conservative political action committees, tax-exempt organizations, and corporate and trade association PACs. He founded Election CFO to provide these services in 2009 after serving as an assistant secretary of Education in the George W. Bush Administration. Marston earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
Marston serves on the board of the Center for Election Confidence (https://electionconfidence.org/) and is active in the Republican National Lawyers Association (https://www.rnla.org/). He's a Registered Parliamentarian (https://www.parliamentarians.org/credentialing/rp) and a leader in the Virignia State Association of Parliamentarians (https://www.virginiaparliamentarians.org/), and a member of the American Institute of Parliamentarians (https://aipparl.org/).
Marston resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his two Portuguese Water Dogs. He volunteers with the local Scouting America council (https://ncacscouting.org/), serves as the Mount Vernon Dog Training Club's (https://www.mountvernondogtrainingclub.com/) delegate to the American Kennel Club (https://www.akc.org/), and recently joined the board of PWDCA Rescue (https://www.pwdcarescue.org/), which rescues and relocates Portuguese Water Dogs.
Brenda Hankins

Brenda Hankins provides comprehensive financial management, treasurer, and Federal Election Commission (FEC) compliance services to political campaigns, party committees, political action committees (PACs), corporate and trade association PACs, and tax-exempt organizations, including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities.
Hankins brings more than two decades of legal and investigative experience to her work. Prior to joining Election CFO, she served as Deputy Director and Counsel in the Office of Legislative Counsel within the Office of General Counsel at the United States Department of Defense.
Her experience at the United States House of Representatives includes roles as Counsel to the House Judiciary Committee and Investigator for the House Appropriations Committee Surveys and Investigations Team.
She began her legal career as an associate at Carr, Morris & Graeff, P.C., where she represented small business and corporate clients. She earned her J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University and her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University.
